There is information that the exchange service Kingex is involved in an AML scam under the protection of Bestchange.
I became a victim of a similar exchange service called CoinCraddle. They froze a transfer of $138,000 under the pretext of AML.
For more than 2 months, I tried to get an answer from the exchange service as to where my money was and who was conducting the verification. When they stopped responding to me, I contacted Bestchange support.
But BestChange doesn't just refuse to help — it has become part of this scheme itself. The platform does not disclose legal information about the exchange service, citing "UAE jurisdiction," and effectively blocks victims from protecting their rights. At the same time, it feels like BestChange has its own pseudo-AML system, through which, under the guise of "verification," funds are withheld and effectively confiscated from clients for the benefit of affiliated exchange services.
I have already filed a report with the UAE police against BestChange and reached out to journalists.
In the course of the investigation, it turned out that BestChange imposes its own AML officer on exchange services and confiscates large transfers. We discovered that there is a network of exchange services on Bestchange that are presumably affiliated with or are internal projects of the Bestchange team. Among them is Kingex. If you look at the official reviews on Bestchange, you can notice that the administration forcibly marks all complaints related to fund blocking under the pretext of AML as resolved for this exchange service. Users do not get their money back, but their complaints are closed with a note stating that the exchange service has no outstanding financial obligations to the client.

Но BestChange не просто отказывается помочь — он сам стал частью этой схемы. Платформа не раскрывает юридическую информацию об обменнике, ссылаясь на "юрисдикцию ОАЭ", и фактически блокирует возможность пострадавшим защитить свои права. При этом создаётся ощущение, что у BestChange действует собственная псевдо-AML-система, через которую под видом "проверки" происходит удержание и фактическая конфискация средств клиентов в пользу аффилированных обменников.
Я уже подал заявление в полицию ОАЭ на BestChange и обратился к журналистам.
В процессе расследования выяснилось, что BestChange навязывает своего AML офицера обменникам и конфискует крупные переводы. Мы обнаружили, что на Bestchange есть сеть обменников, которые предположительно аффилированы или являются внутренними проектами команды Bestchange. Среди них и Kingex. Если посмотреть официальные отзывы на Bestchange, то можно заметить, что администрация принудительно переводит все жалобы в статус решенных по данному обменнику, которые связаны с блокировкой средств под предлогом AML. Пользователям деньги не возвращают, но их жалобы закрывают и пишут, что у обменника нет незакрытых финансовых обязательств перед клиентом.
