I had an exchange of 4eth, they froze the funds, and for a week I was proving everything to them and providing documents. After a week, the exchange was no longer relevant, and I told them so via email, and I also told them to return the money to my original address. They asked for the return address twice and did not make the refund, but instead processed the exchange, thereby sending the money into the void (there was a deal with an escrow service and it had already been completed by that time). I provided them with all the evidence, videos of the correspondence from start to finish. They refuse to return my money and are trying to find someone to blame, even though they initially admitted they were at fault in this situation. And now they are accusing me and saying that it was all made up before the exchange (the dates of the correspondence don't even match up at all). SCAM, I do not recommend this exchanger to anyone. был обмен 4eth, заморозили средства, неделю им доказывалось все и предоставлялось. Спустя неделю обмен уже был неактуален и им на почте было это сказано, и было сказано о том, чтоб они вернули деньги на первоначальный адрес мой. Они 2 раза уточнили адрес возврата и не сделали возврат, а совершили обмен, и тем самым отправили деньги в пустоту (была сделка с гарантом и она уже была завершена к этому времени). Предоставил им все доказательства, видео переписок со всеми от и до. Отказывают в возврате моих денег и пытаются найти виновных, хотя сами признали себя изначально виноватыми в данной ситуации. А сейчас обвиняют меня и говорят, что это все было до обмена еще придумано (по датам переписок это даже никак не сходится). СКАМ, никому не советую данный обменник.

Сначала заморозили обмен на 4eth, в течение недели все было предоставлено и сказано сразу, что обмен уже неактуален и нужно сделать возврат средств на изначальный адрес, уточнили сами адрес возврата, им было сказано, что все верно, далее просто провели обмен, а не вернули деньги, деньги улетели в пустоту! Отказываются возвращать 4 eth, хотя BestChange признали ошибку обменного пункта, прошу помочь придать огласке.
