The operator in the HodlBase chat directed me to Telegram and sent me an address; I clicked it and started communicating with the operator. Then, they sent me payment details in Telegram. I paid. The operator in Telegram confirmed the payment. I also wrote to the chat on the website, but the operator there told me to write everything in Telegram. Then I waited for the deposit, which the operator promised would take 15 minutes; after 3 hours, the order had still not been fulfilled. I wrote in Telegram, but no one answered anymore. As it turned out, I had ended up at a fraudulent address in Telegram and sent the money to a scammer, not the exchanger. The operator on the site said that I didn't double-check the tag, which turned out to have an extra letter 'e' in the address. The operator absolves themselves of responsibility and recommends contacting the police and the bank. I believe that the site's operator led me to a fake account and thereby provoked this situation. The HodlBase exchanger should be held responsible and return all my money for the order, since I went to Telegram from the site following the operator's instructions, and the dialogue started immediately there. I took screenshots of the entire correspondence on the site and in Telegram, which serves as proof. While waiting for the deposit, the status of my order on the site became "cancelled," and when I asked why, the operator told me that the status would change after the deposit. I have a screenshot of that too. While I was waiting for the funds to be credited, the HodlBase exchanger became inactive on Bestchange, which made me even more suspicious of their integrity.

Оператор в чате HodlBase направил меня в телеграмм прислал адрес, я перешел и начал общаться с оператором. Далее в телеграмм мне прислали реквизиты для оплаты. Я оплатил. Оператор в телеграмме подтвердил оплату. Так же я написал в чат на сайте, но там оператор ответил, чтоб я писал все в телеграмм. Далее я ждал зачисления, которое мне обещал оператор в течении 15 минут, спустя 3 часа заявка так и не была исполнена. Я написал в телеграмм, но уже никто не отвечал. В итоге выяснилось, что я в телеграмм попал на мошеннический адрес и отправил деньги не обменнику, а мошеннику. Оператор на сайте сказал что я не перепроверил тег, в котором оказалась лишняя буква е в адресе. Оператор снимает с себя ответственность и рекомендует обратиться в полицию и в банк. Считаю что оператор сайта меня вывел на фейк аккаунт и тем самым спровоцировал данную ситуацию. Обменник HodlBase должен нести ответственность и вернуть мне все деньги по заявке, так как я переходил в телеграмм с сайта по инструкции оператора и там шел сразу диалог. Скрины всей переписки на сайте и в телеграмме я сделал, что является доказательством. В процессе ожидания зачисления, на сайте статус моей заявки стал отмененным и на мой вопрос почему, оператор мне ответил, что после зачисления статус изменится. Скрин также есть. В процессе моего ожидания зачисления средств обменник HodlBase стал не активен на Bestchange, что еще больше вызвало у меня подозрение в их добросовестности.
