The payout request hung for 30 minutes and then was deleted, even though I paid almost immediately. I wrote to support and sent the Tron scan; support wrote that the AML department did not clear me. I asked for the reason and said I could prove the legality of the funds. They replied that I needed to undergo verification, and I replied "no problem, send me the link for verification." Instead, they sent me a link to Telegram, where they asked me to pay a fee of 100 USDT and 40 TRX, and then they would supposedly return the funds. At first, I thought I had ended up on a phishing site, but no, I double-checked everything and it really is them. I paid the fee and am waiting for the refund, although I realize that most likely opt swap is a scam now.
