Our platform was created to fight the so-called "AML scam" — a widespread scheme where cryptocurrency exchangers freeze users' funds under the pretext of AML/KYC compliance checks. Our mission is to provide the crypto community with transparent information about exchanger practices and help users avoid fraudulent services that abuse AML policies to steal funds.

By accessing or using AntiSwap (the "Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Service.

2. Nature of Our Service

AntiSwap is an informational platform. We provide:

• Reviews and ratings of cryptocurrency exchangers collected from various sources
• Information about exchanger statuses (Scam, Neutral, Fair)
• Exchange rate comparisons
• Educational content about AML fraud and safety recommendations
• A platform for users to share their experiences

Important: We are NOT a cryptocurrency exchange service. We do not facilitate, execute, or participate in any exchange transactions. We do not hold, store, or have access to any user funds or cryptocurrency.

3. No Guarantees or Warranties

AntiSwap provides information "as is" without any guarantees or warranties of any kind. We explicitly state that:

• We do not guarantee that any exchanger marked as "Fair" or "Neutral" will not freeze your funds or scam you
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information displayed on our platform
• We do not guarantee that the reviews posted on our site are authentic or unbiased
• We do not guarantee that our ratings reflect the true nature of any exchanger's operations
• We do not guarantee that following our recommendations will prevent fund freezing or losses

Every "Scam" exchanger was once clean before they scammed for the first time. Our ratings reflect historical data and user reports, but past behavior does not guarantee future conduct.

4. User Responsibility

By using AntiSwap, you acknowledge and agree that:

• YOU are solely responsible for your decision to use any cryptocurrency exchanger
• YOU are solely responsible for conducting your own due diligence before engaging with any exchanger
• YOU are solely responsible for the security of your funds and private keys
• YOU accept all risks associated with cryptocurrency exchanges, including but not limited to: fund freezing, KYC demands, total loss of funds, AML accusations, and scam operations
• AntiSwap serves as an informational tool only — the final decision and responsibility rest entirely with you

Remember: no one but yourself can ensure the safety and security of your funds. If you disagree with this principle, we strongly recommend refraining from using cryptocurrency exchanges altogether.

5. Exchanger Ratings and Status

We manually investigate exchangers and assign them one of three statuses:

• SCAM — Exchangers with documented evidence of fund theft, systematic freezing of user funds, or fraudulent behavior
• Neutral — Exchangers with ambiguous reputation or insufficient data
• Fair — Exchangers with no documented complaints about fund freezing or theft

Important disclaimers:

• These ratings are based on our research and user reports, which may be incomplete or incorrect
• A "Fair" rating does not mean an exchanger will never scam or freeze funds
• We check reviews daily and update statuses, but we cannot monitor all activities in real-time
• Some users are afraid to leave negative reviews when their funds are frozen, fearing it will reduce their chances of getting funds back
• We may change an exchanger's status at any time without prior notice

6. Deposit Insurance Program

Some exchangers have made voluntary insurance deposits with AntiSwap (marked with a deposit icon ). In case of a proven dispute where an exchanger fails to deliver services after receiving payment, we may compensate users from the deposit.

Limitations:

• Compensation requires verifiable proof (e.g., email confirmation with full headers showing payment and non-delivery)
• Compensation does not exceed the claim amount or available deposit balance
• If multiple claims exist, deposits may be divided among claimants
• We reserve the right to determine claim validity at our sole discretion

7. User-Generated Content and Reviews

Users may post reviews and feedback about exchangers on our platform. By posting content, you agree that:

• Your content must be honest and based on your genuine experience
• You will not post false, misleading, defamatory, or malicious content
• You grant AntiSwap a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content
• We reserve the right to moderate, edit, or remove any content at our discretion
• We are not responsible for any user-generated content and do not verify its accuracy
• You are solely responsible for any content you post

8. Privacy and Data Collection

We respect user privacy and operate on the following principles:

• We do NOT collect or require personal identification data to use our basic services
• We do NOT implement invasive user tracking
• When you visit our site, standard technical data (IP address, user agent) may be automatically logged by web servers — this is standard practice for all websites
• We may use cookies for basic site functionality and analytics
• We will never sell or share user data with exchangers or third parties for marketing purposes

Our fight against AML scam extends to protecting your privacy. We believe in transparent operations without exploitative data collection.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• AntiSwap, its owners, operators, and contributors SHALL NOT BE LIABLE for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Service
• This includes but is not limited to: loss of funds, frozen accounts, failed exchanges, data breaches at exchangers, KYC demands, legal issues, or any other damages
• We are NOT responsible for the actions, practices, or policies of any exchanger listed on our platform
• We are NOT responsible for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the information provided
• Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with our Service is to stop using it

IF YOUR JURISDICTION DOES NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR LIABILITIES, SOME OF THE ABOVE EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. IN SUCH CASES, OUR LIABILITY WILL BE LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

10. Links to Third-Party Services

Our platform contains links to third-party exchanger websites. These links are provided for your convenience only. We:

• Do NOT endorse, control, or take responsibility for any third-party service
• Do NOT guarantee the accuracy, safety, or legitimacy of any linked service
• Are NOT responsible for any transactions or interactions you have with third parties
• Strongly advise you to review the terms and policies of any exchanger before using their services

When you click a link to an exchanger, you leave AntiSwap and assume all risks associated with that external service.

11. Anti-AML Fraud Philosophy

AntiSwap exists because we believe the cryptocurrency industry has a serious problem: exchangers systematically abuse AML/KYC policies to steal user funds. We believe that:

• Users have the right to exchange cryptocurrency without being subjected to arbitrary fund freezes
• AML checks should be transparent and conducted before accepting funds, not after
• The crypto community deserves honest information about which services freeze funds and which do not
• Exchangers who commit to "No AML/KYC" should be highlighted and supported
• Transparency and user education are the best defenses against fraud

However, we acknowledge that our mission does not make us infallible, omniscient, or liable for individual user experiences. We are advocates for transparency and user protection, but we cannot guarantee outcomes.

12. Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to use AntiSwap for any of the following purposes:

• Posting false, fraudulent, or misleading reviews
• Attacking or defaming exchangers without evidence
• Attempting to manipulate ratings or reviews
• Scraping, data mining, or harvesting data through automated means without permission
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Interfering with the proper functioning of our Service
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of our system

We reserve the right to terminate access for users who violate these Terms.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on AntiSwap, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of AntiSwap or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page, with the "Last Updated" date revised accordingly. Your continued use of AntiSwap after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

15. Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute with AntiSwap:

• Any legal disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where AntiSwap operates
• You agree to resolve disputes individually, not as part of any class action

Nothing on AntiSwap constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. We do not recommend specific exchangers, and we do not advise on whether you should exchange cryptocurrency. All information is provided for educational and informational purposes only. You should consult with qualified professionals before making financial decisions.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

18. No Partnership or Agency

Nothing in these Terms creates any legal partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between you and AntiSwap. You have no authority to bind AntiSwap in any way or represent yourself as an official representative of AntiSwap.

Note: Participation in our affiliate/referral program does not create a legal partnership. Affiliate participants remain independent and receive referral commissions as outlined in the affiliate program terms, but this does not establish any legal partnership, employment, or agency relationship.
